At Olde World Remedies, the Cannabis Logistics and Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for a wide range of activities relating to coordinating the safe delivery of orders and providing excellent customer service. The Driver will maintain consistent communication with the delivery team/store location, ensuring quality, time-efficient arrival of products at the consumers' home. The Driver role also includes, but is not limited to: Respond to any issues that may arise on the road & coordinate with proper authorities Monitor the route of driving teams & prioritize their daily schedule Secure delivery services with signal checks as required during each route Record signals accurately across multiple excel tabs and documents Receive signals and communicate with drivers to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries The Driver is to represent Olde World Remedies with professionalism, enthusiasm, and punctuality at all times. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Requirements Age 21 or over (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Proficiency with Excel/Google Spreadsheet Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needs Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detail Knowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software and Metrc Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in a professional manner Must be available to work some weekends and applicable holidays Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to effectively multi-task Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU... Requires the ability to stand/sit for prolonged periods of time, and consistent attention to detail for 12 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform weighing, counting, calculating, and computer processing operations.
