Position Title: Tennis Maintenance Specialist Department: Tennis Reports To: Director of Tennis Position Summary: Columbia Country Club located in Chevy Chase MD, is seeking a Court Maintenance professional to join our team to help maintain 11 clay tennis courts, 4 paddle courts, areas around the courts, and the tennis pro shop/store. Candidate must be professional, hospitable, and committed to the highest level of member and guest services with a focus on member satisfaction. Qualifications: Clay court maintenance experience a plus, but not required Must be dependable, willing to learn, responsible, organized, safety-minded, a self-starter able to work independently and as well as with a team. Must be able to perform outdoor and indoor, physical labor which includes raking, shoveling, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching. Must be able to lift to 60lbs. Must be able to communicate fluently in English. SALARY and BENEFITS Columbia offers a competitive salary, benefits, recognition, and compensation package for all position.
