We believe our success is built on the foundation of loyalty, honesty, employee wellbeing, and client satisfaction. We are team-oriented and goal-driven. We believe in promoting from within when applicable and we operate in multiple markets throughout Texas, so a change of location may also be available. The typical workweek is five consecutive days, starting Sunday, from 4 PM until 4 AM with a 1-hour lunch break at 9 PM. We have assigned, well maintained, late model take-home trucks too. Compensation: Our repossession agents earn an average of $62,000.00 annually, with some earning $15k to $30k more. We offer base hourly pay, commission, performance bonuses, and employer-sponsored health insurance. Applicant requirements: The applicant must : be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid Texas driver's license. possess a valid TDLR Tow Operator License. be able to pass pre-employment and unannounced drug screens throughout employment. not have more than 1 moving violation within the last 3 years. not have any felony convictions within the past 7 years. meet work schedule expectations. The applicant should : be experienced with basic computer and typing skills. have at least 1-year wheel-lift wrecker experience. be comfortable with driving extended hours. be comfortable working evenings and nights.
