General Purpose of Position: The Recruiter/HR Coordinator position will be responsible for administering strategies for identifying and recruiting a diverse workforce. The position will manage the recruitment process with a major emphasis in standardizing the onboarding process. Recommends and executes several aspects of healthcare recruiting, such as identifying and interviewing qualified healthcare employees and caregivers, assisting in contract negotiations, receipt of current credentials, and conducting orientation to ensure smooth integration of all new hires. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing case management support to an assigned panel of patients. Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Recruiter: Actively advertises job openings using multiple media types including internal job posting boards, the Internet, job fairs, training centers, university career centers, job placement firms, national and local newspapers, and networking. Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, schedule interviews, salary negotiation, extending job offers, and maintaining an applicant-tracking system for exempt and non-exempt positions. Streamline the onboarding process and facilitate new hire orientation Conduct verbal and written reference checks according to protocols. Create/maintain relationships with CNA schools, nursing schools, community colleges, churches, and other appropriate organizations that can be utilized for recruitment. Builds relationships with clients, caregivers, and field staff to understand their scheduling needs and requirements. Ensures all caregivers and field staff meet applicable compliance and contract requirements prior to scheduling and working a shift. Partners with Business Development Manager, Clinicians, Recruiters, and Field Support staff to discuss staffing shortages, client satisfaction, and business development opportunities. Prepare and maintain monthly reports for goals, contacts, interviews and hires. Submit reports to management. Performs other duties as assigned. Hands-on and strategic full lifecycle recruiting Assist in the ongoing development of our employment brand and recruiting ideas Partner on the ongoing social media strategy for recruitment that increases market penetration and visibility. Monitor the company's online presence and reviews, responding as appropriate and working toward a continual improvement in the number of positive reviews and overall rating. Research, recommend and implement Talent Acquisition strategies Create efficiencies in the recruiting process by challenging the status quo, looking for continual improvements Utilize sourcing strategies to create a pool of passive and active candidates Establish networks to build a pipeline of qualified applicants for open positions. Monitor and ensure that candidates are moved through the hiring process in a timely manner; ensuring all candidates flow through the recruiting process in a fair and equitable manner. Represent the organization at job fairs and local recruiting events as appropriate. Ensuring consistent accuracy of database and file information for both caregivers and clients. Assisting with other related duties/projects as assigned Education, Skills and Experience Requirements : The qualified individual should have 2+ years of (staffing industry) relevant experience, be highly organized, excellent at working with and motivating people, have strong communication and computer skills. High school graduate, college degree preferred. Experience in a health care setting and knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with people. Demonstrates skills in organization, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and the ability to work independently Must be customer service focused, team oriented and goal driven Pass a criminal background check; Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance. Have your own reliable vehicle Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Specific Knowledge and Skills: Excellent customer-focused written and verbal communication skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills; with an emphasis on being detail-oriented. Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; customer-service driven. Ability to strategize and provide best practices scenarios in a customer-driven environment. Ability to interact with diverse people and personalities with a positive outcome. Self-directed and demonstrated personal initiative. Ability to assess talent. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently with minimal supervision. Maintain high ethical standards.
