A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WHOLESALE COMMERCIAL HVAC INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE As a Wholesale Commercial HVAC Inside Sales Representative, you come to work with this goal in mind: to ensure outstanding customer service with every transaction. As you perform inside sales, you clearly convey your extensive knowledge about our products and helpfully guide our clients to the options that best fit their needs. Your quotes are complete and accurate, and you offer both pre and post-sale transitional support. You also support the outside sales team by providing quotes, take-offs, and follow-up on any leads that come in. Goal-driven, you work to help everyone on the team achieve their revenue objectives. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WHOLESALE COMMERCIAL HVAC INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of industry-related experience Customer service experience Knowledge about the principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating Post-secondary education would be a plus as would experience in outside or inside sales.
