CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION JOB SUMMARY: L&E Research prides itself in the professional, computer proficient and friendly staffwe hire to work in our facilities with our clients on a study by study basis. This is apart-time position in which employees work an average of 10-25 hours per weekhosting our market research clients and focus group participants. Work hours/dayschange weekly depending on when our clients are conducting research. You mustbe available for a variety of shifts with a flexible schedule.We strive to give each client a great experience at every one of our facilities,including:Making sure their requests are metOrdering, picking up and setting up mealsKeeping client rooms clean, neat and fully stockedGreeting both clients and respondentsAnswering the phone, directly all calls to the appropriate parties, answeringquestionsBasic computer knowledgeMaking copies, setting up recordings, copying DVD's, printing documents QUALIFICATIONS: Great people skills, including friendly, welcoming personalityAbility to work well with othersIntermediate to advanced knowledge of recording equipment (DVD, DVR,audio, video streaming)Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Google Drive
