Different Locations:Lorida, FL- 33857Venus, FL- 33960Responsible for irrigation cleaning/ repairs, pruning trees, spray chemicals by hand, learn, follow, and promote all safety regulations, planting new trees, shoveling, irrigating, hoeing weeds, cleaning ditches, cleaning trucks, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.The qualified candidate will display initiative, good communication/ interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ensure full comprehension of job duties, safety regulations, and other situations that may require an immediate response.Workers may be required to perform labor-intensive work involving prolonged standing or lifting. Must be able to work outdoors and indoors in various temperatures. Ability to lift necessary weight (50lbs 75lbs on occasion). Ability to perform physical tasks relating to grounds maintenance. Able to stand, stoop, bend, climb, crawl and kneel for extended periods in uncomfortable positions. Workers will work in hot, cold, and sometimes wet conditions.Working conditions will be outside, in all types of weather. Must be able to work in the heat wearing proper P.P.E (Personal Protective Equipment) during pesticide and herbicide applications.
