Flagstop Car Wash is Now Hiring for Managers In Training !Flagstop is the largest locally owned and operated car wash company in central Virginia. This key position will manage the overall operations of one of our car wash facilities. We offer highly competitive compensation, 100% paid health/dental/life insurance, paid vacation, a performance incentive bonus plan, and exciting opportunities for advancement. Job Responsibilities are as follows: Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers Responsible for overall store safety, employee orientation, performance management, training, developing, scheduling, and inventory A salaried position requiring 45+ hours per week We are looking for candidates who: Desire to manage in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Exercise hands-on leadership and set the example Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and increased business. Willingness to learn and develop. Job Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of management experience. Car wash, quick-serve restaurant, or other related experience a plus Experience managing a group of 10-20 employees.
