Ag/Commercial Lender A retirement in our Alburnett office has opened up a rare opportunity to join FSB as an Ag/Commercial Lender. In this role, you will inherit a loan portfolio to service, develop, and grow. If you are new to commercial lending and have strong credit experience or you are an experienced lender looking to make a change, this is a great opportunity to join our team. Primary responsibilities include: Make and service a wide variety of secured and unsecured loans Develop new business and expand existing relationships Interview applicants interested in obtaining a commercial loan Underwrite commercial loans and makes credit decisions to approve or decline Manage and service loans to retain high quality levels within the portfolio Bachelor's degree or equivalent direct work experience. 3+ years related experience in credit and/or lending.
