Additional details can be found on our website at: https://www.onezerollc.com/careers/ Position Title : Senior Staff Accountant Location: Herndon, VA Hybrid/Remote Responsibilities Responsible for Creating and tracking budgetary plans for Time and Material projects based on the contract awards. Update forecasts, actuals, variances monthly to ensure adequate fundings and communicate areas of concerns and improvements to the program managers and upper management Submit monthly project deliverables, create ad hoc project reports and interface with contracts administrator, hiring managers and program managers Responsible for monthly Time and Material project billings using Unanet in accordance with contract requirements including providing receipts for ODCs. Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoice package and timely submission Backup person for FFP billings, contract setup and other duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 5 years of billing and cost accounting experience Government contracting/Unanet experience preferred Analytical and organizational skills Initiative and ability to work independently and anticipate next steps Proficient in Word and Excel OneZero Solutions is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
