RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in performing duties, minor repairs, and general upkeep of facilities, equipment and fixtures. Assists in moving equipment and supplies as needed. Assists in performing minor remodeling projects. Maintains an inventory and the proper storage and use of maintenance equipments and supplies. Conducts regular facility safety and maintenance inspections. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with light maintantenance and upkeep of facilities required. Painting experience required. Experience in operating maintenance equipment preferred. Physical requirements require heavy lifting. Must meet LAI's Vechicle Operator Requirements. LOCATION: Rochester, NY HOURS: 40 hours per week.
