Vision Realty & Management is seeking a proven, proactive, and highly motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. We are bringing on a full-time team member to manage property accounts and customer service for our Carrollton, Georgia office. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for: This includes: Managing resident relations, applications, property inquiries, tours, leasing, payments and maintenance support Managing owner/investor relations, maintenance repair approvals, prepare bid proposals, owner payments, helpdesk Supporting the day-to-day management of single family and multifamily properties including leasing and renewals, move-ins and move-outs, collections and basic accounting Overall administration and team management of in-office staff. Maintains onsite presence, fully engaging and is readily available to staff, residents, guests and owners during established business hours and as needed to include events and/or weekends Responsibilities Preparing and scheduling property viewings, conducting property tours and interviewing prospective tenants Addressing and resolving residents' and owner's questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner Processing applications, conducting credit checks, and negotiating contracts Assisting in lease and lease renewal administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping our database current Managing budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices Creating and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants Assisting Property Manager in the preparation of monthly reports according to owner's needs Working with the Property Manager to resolve property management issues Providing full administrative support, including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence. Coordinate office supplies in absence of a property administrator Qualifications Two - three years account management experience or similar required Strong leadership and critical thinking skills Consistently outstanding customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask/manage multiple projects Professional demeanor, attitude and work ethic is required Meticulous attention to detail is a must Job Posted by ApplicantPro
