Description:
Must be vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated to be considered for employment with LESCO Repairs, rebuilds, or overhauls major assemblies of internal combustion automobiles, buses, trucks or tractors. Work involves most of the following: Diagnosing the source of trouble and determining the extent of repairs required; replacing worn or broken parts such as piston rings, bearings, or engine parts; grinding and adjusting valves; rebuilding cauburetors; overhaulsing transmissions; and repairiing fuel injection, lighting and ignition systems. Requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent program. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in related field.HAZMAT Endorsement, Class A CDL and X (Tanker) endorsement, preferredMay be required to work different shifts; may be required to travel; must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and access as required.Working Conditions: In and around maintenance equipment, may be subject to loud noises, exhaust fumes, dust, extreme weather conditions; work weeks may be altered to meet customer requirements with minimum amount of notification.
