CNA Instructor Qualifications Must-Have RN/LPN Licensure and Train the Trainer Bachelor's (Preferred) CPR/First Aid certified (Required) Certificate showing Negative for TB (Required) Valid driver's license Photocopy of Social Security Card Current proof of auto insurance Reliable transportation Agree to random drug testing Must have experience in a long-term care facility.
