Requirements: Secret Security Clearance Job Summary: Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL) provides flight test engineering, programmatic, and administrative support to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and is the cognizant authority for Test and Evaluation (T&E) with participation in all phases of the air weapon systems life cycle management for manned and unmanned fixed wing, rotary wing, aerial and lighter-than-air vehicles. This position monitors and inspects the physical condition, and manages the repair of all assigned buildings, hangars, storage, and office spaces. Education and Experience: HS Degree 2 years or equivalent Military Experience supporting military facilities management Essential Duties: Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization, including contracts, facilities planning, finance, logistics, property management, purchasing and/or security Perform inspections of facility structures, electric, plumbing and HVAC systems Coordinate facility repairs and renovations with the Public Works Department; perform final inspection of completed work for approval or rejection of contractual work performed in conjunction with contracting officer Manage grounds and exteriors including parking structures and lots, landscaping and grounds, snow removal and exterior building maintenance, and manage the maintenance and custodial needs of grounds and exterior elements Prepare reports, projects, correspondence and analysis to include building operations, security, occupancy, small projects and physical access control Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: Able to plan, direct, or coordinate operations and functionalities of facilities and buildings. May include surrounding grounds or multiple facilities of an organization Able to perform tasks relative to the control of company and/or government property assigned to the organization Able to perform facilities planning activities, including coordinating the storage and movement of furniture, systems, and equipment Able to act as facility security officer to ensure compliance with company, customer and government security regulations and procedures Capable of maintaining financial databases, analyzing data, and developing reports VectorCSP is a Federal contracting small business based out of North Carolina.
