PSA Compliance Officer Responsibilities: The PSA Compliance Officer educates, trains, and advises on policies/procedures and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA). In addition: Responsible for timely training staff and minors on their responsibilities and rights while working and residing in the facility. Oversees implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule on UAC Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment standards as well as local and state regulatory requirements. Conduct ongoing dorm/cottage observations to monitor any safety issues and training needs. Assist with audit compliance and site visits. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields. At least 1 year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, and compliance issues. The Unaccompanied Alien Children Program referred by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), provides temporary residential care and other supportive services to Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) who are under legal custody of the Federal Government.
