Immediate need for an Assistant Site Manager in Elmore, AL LONG TERM PROJECT *OSHA 30 REQUIRED* Pay: $35.00 HR Responsibilities: Coordinate daily work schedules Oversee the building of forms, tying rebar and pouring concrete QA and QC Assign and explain tasks to the project team Coordinating timeline for projects Supervising the team's field carpenters and skilled/unskilled workers Time keeping Task management Requirements: OSHA 30 Must have at least 5 years' commercial construction experience Must have at least 3-5 years' experience in a leadership position Excellent leadership skills Must have excellent communication skills Must have valid driver's license Employees must have proper PPE: hard hat, work boots, work gloves, safety glasses, and safety vest.
