Audi of Colorado Springs is looking for a full-time Lot Technician to join our team. $1,500 bonus after 90 days Summary A Lot Technician moves and cleans vehicles Keeps the showroom and café. Helps management as requested. Essential Duties Maintains new and used vehicle inventory appearance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, fueling as needed, as well as occasional maintenance such as airing up tires. Place buyers guide and stock tag in vehicles as well as tags for keys. Keep new and used vehicles need and orderly, moving cars as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards. Sweeps, shovels or vacuums work areas to keep tidy. Removes snow from vehicles with snow brooms and walkways with shovels/salt as needed. Inspects vehicles and work areas for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations. Drives vehicles for delivery or pickup as needed. Other tasks as assigned. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
