A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. You arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Taking phone calls from our clients, you answer their questions, educate them on our company's practices, and make sure that their needs are met.Acting as a Dispatcher, you receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians. While scheduling calls, you strive to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. And, you keep clients updated and informed. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly. QUALIFICATIONS Customer service experience (via phone preferred) Basic computer skills Ability to pass a background and drug test Experience dispatching is preferred, but not required.
