WESTERN POST (US) is seeking a resourceful individual with the initiative to join our team as a Senior Accountant! We are seeking someone who can collaborate with a team and thrive as an individual with enthusiasm and positive energy. A successful Senior accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. Senior accountant duties include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all our accounting tasks. General Responsibilities Prepare various general ledger account analyses by reviewing transactions within the general ledger to ensure accurate activity within the account. Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO's attention. Review various expense reimbursements in accordance with the company's accounting policy. Prepare monthly budgeting reports and conduct financial analysis. Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary. Communicate accounting affairs with overseas teams. Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned. Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field is preferred. Experience: Related experience required. Bilingual- English and Mandarin preferred. Job Type : Full-time Pay : $20-$24 per hour Work Location : 4600 E. Wall Street, Ontario, CA 91761 Work Remotely: No Benefits: Dental insurance , Health insurance , Life insurance, Vision insurance, Paid time off Retirement plan Schedule: 8 hours, Monday to Friday.
