The Clinical Supervisor serves as the leader of the clinical team for Arrow’s Ascension Place , a new high intensity group home serving youth ages 12-18 with histories of complex trauma. The Clinical Supervisor is an experienced, team-oriented clinician, who will lead a team of therapists and case managers, helping young men and women in a state-of-the-art residential intervention. This person brings experience in evidence-based practices, knowledge of trauma-informed care, and a desire to work with a leadership team to provide outstanding services for kids. Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities: Provide Clinical and Professional Supervision for therapists, case managers, and interns. Serve as a member of the leadership team for the program. Provide clinical guidance to residential team members to assist them in understanding clients' needs/diagnoses and enhance therapeutic skills. Provide and coordinate training on clinical topics, including Evidence Based Practices used in the program, for the residential team. Provide direct clinical services for youth, including individual, group, and family therapies. Clinical Supervisor Education, Licensure and/or Experience: Master's Degree in Social Work or related field and licensure. At least three (3) years of experience working with children in the child welfare, mental health, or special education industry and one (1) year of progressive supervisory and administrative experience. Approval by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners, or other relevant board as a supervisor. Clinical Supervisor Benefits: CEU opportunities for licensure renewal.
