Peabody & Arnold is seeking a talented associate with 2-5 years of professional liability litigation experience. Candidates must have superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills. Experience in legal malpractice defense, A&E defense, and/or accounting malpractice defense are a plus.Our team represents a wide range of professionals, which includes representation in state and federal courts, disciplinary boards, and arbitration tribunals. Peabody & Arnold has been a professional liability defense firm in Boston for over 40 years and we work with most of the major professional liability insurers.Skills and Educational Requirements: JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials Active bar admission with the ability to obtain MA admission quickly 2-5 years of professional liability experience Strong writing and analytical skills Strong research skills Attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Ability to work independently within a supervised team setting.
