Automotive Services Advisor Clay Cooley Automotive is looking for a Service Advisor to join our fast-growing team, this individual needs to be able to provide estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and routine maintenance. Through effective communicating with customers, they will determine the services necessary, predicts the time needed for completion and stays in constant communication with the customer during the repair process. They will also need to communicate regularly with the technicians to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner and if there are any other issues it can be communicated to the customer efficiently.Duties: Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended and performed Schedules appointments, answers phone and collects funds for services performed Assists with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle etc. Prepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance / repair services and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquires Demonstrates an extreme attention to detail Requirements: Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time without resting (up to 5 hours) Candidates must have a valid driving license and clean driving record Good communication skills Be able to work with teams Be while to submit to a Background & Drug test.
