WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU IN DISPATCH SERVICES: As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (HVAC) on our team, your friendly customer service is what makes our clients happy to do business with us. We need a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized. The technicians count on your expert dispatching skills to maximize time and mileage. You will perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, ordering materials, coordinating subcontract work, and sending estimates to customers. In addition, you'll answer phones in order to schedule and confirm appointments as well as inform clients of any delays. But, really, it's not what you will do, but how you will do it. You will need to be proactive--seeing what needs to be done and doing it.
