WHAT YOU'LL BRING Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling LMSW or LMHC required, LCSW Preferred Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques Organized and able to balance a varied caseload Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Computer proficiency and ability to effectively utilize medical record systems WHY JOIN JFS? ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM? This position offers a competitive salary of 49- 52K for LMSW/LMHC, $57K for LCSW, and $60 for LCSW-R. We offer great benefits including 5-6 weeks of accrued PTO and 13+ paid holidays, excellent health insurance options, a 401k plan, life insurance and a performance-based bonus opportunity. Additionally, this position is eligible for the Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness program. Our work week totals 35 hours with the office closing at 2:00 pm on Fridays. We are open Monday - Friday and are closed weekends and all major holidays to allow our staff to enjoy a family-work life balance and there is no on-call. Our administrative offices are conveniently located off of Delaware Avenue with free parking. This position requires evidence of having received the Covid-19 vaccination and requires an OMH background check, reliable vehicle, a clean driver's license and required liability insurance levels of 100/300K.
