A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC & PLUMBING TECH / APPRENTICE As an entry-level HVAC & Plumbing Tech / Apprentice, you ask questions, observe, and assist an experienced technician with inspections, testing, cleaning, and minor repairs or adjustments on water and/or heating and cooling systems. As you hone your skills, you progressively learn how to work on more complex systems and start to learn basic diagnostic and repair procedures. In addition to learning how to properly service equipment, you learn how to interact with our clients to ensure an excellent customer experience.
