We are hiring a Windows Active Directory Systems Administrator - Associate for an exciting opportunity located in Sierra Vista Az. Job Description and Responsibilities Perform the following duties: Proactively and efficiently administer Active Directory (AD) Services using enterprise tool sets such as Change Auditor, Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM), SCCM, SCOM Effectively troubleshoot and document complex technical issues Document technical troubleshooting efforts in ticketing system and Knowledge Management Systems Ensure server configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulations Work independently and as a team member; set priorities and organize work to meet deadline Able to provide technical support and training to junior personnel regarding higher level troubleshooting Follow organizational processes and polices Demonstrate working knowledge of: Windows Active Directory services Domain Name Service Server 2012 R2 administration Physical (Dell, HP, IBM) and virtual (VMware/Hyper-V) servers Client/server hardware and software configuration Networking concepts Creating and/or modifying scripts (batch, vbs, PowerShell) McAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS) Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Microsoft SQL Server DISA STIGs and IAVAs Desired KSA Be a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations Candidate must communicate effectively with team members, team lead, management, and government customer Must have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications HS + 2 yrs. similar experience, AA/AS + 1 year or BA/BS +0 An IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required at start date Must acquire Microsoft server certification, MCP 70-410, 70-411 or higher within 6 months of hire Minimum Clearance Secret with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time Ability to use a computer Additional Requirements Participate in rotational on-call duties to provide after-hours support Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary Perform other duties as assigned Applicants may be required to show proof of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to be eligible for employment at some work sites ESM provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin or ancestry, disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identification or any other characteristic protected by state, federal or local law.
