Role: Technician / Mechanic Status: Nonexempt Department: Service Location: Indianapolis We're open from 9am until 6pm Monday - Saturday! We have 5 day work week schedules available for Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat 8am-6pm. Who we want: **Rockstar Needed** This position is crucial to our growth, we have just opened a 2nd location and are starting the process of looking for a third. We want the person in this position to grow with us as we grow and that means we need to find the RIGHT FIT. Below is the generic job description specifying what we need from the position NOW, but if you are hired, it will be because of what we believe you can accomplish with us in the future. Pay is based on experience! Up to $39 per flat rate hour OR Up to $20 hourly! Plus we are offering a $5000 sign on bonus! All experience levels are welcome to apply! Principal Function: Vehicle repairs & maintenance Ensuring all vehicle inventory is safe and reliable Maintaining work area and shop equipment Participation in daily and weekly meetings Highly organized and detail oriented. Must exhibit professionalism and be effective working with customers, vendors, independent contractors and employees. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline driven environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Essential Job Competencies: Ability to communicate in written and oral forms. Ability to work with little or no supervision. Must have a valid driver's license.
