Assist in the planning, implementing, and evaluation of instructional programs. Provide leadership in teaching techniques, innovation and class organization. Coordinate student teachers and other university observers in the building. Review weekly lesson plans and/or monthly unit plans and provide constructive feedback. Provide instructional support and continuous coaching feedback session to build teacher capacity. Leading the curriculum development process. Qualifications : Minimum Requirements Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate 1-3 Years in administration preferred Proven successful experience as a teacher. Effective use of technology, as a means of analyzing academic achievement data, and as a tool to aid in communications with stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication using proper grammar and vocabulary. Exemplary work habits verified by previous employers. Strong interpersonal skills.
