We are looking for a seasonal part or full time assistant manager to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests.This is a perfect position for extra premium summer money. Salary based upon number of shifts able to work per week.Hours would be 9am - 4pm or 3pm - 11pm and flexible variations. Perfect for seasoned servers, teachers, or those looking to experience a change of pace.Ultimately, you'll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests. Responsibilities Welcome guests to the restaurant Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists Manage reservations Greet customers upon their departure Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options Maintain a clean reception area Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly) Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries Assist wait staff as needed Requirements Experience in managing reservations Demonstrable customer-service skills Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area Availability to work in shifts as needed Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift Experience is recommended but not required Part time, full time and seasonal positions are availableFlexible with college students and teachersJob Type: Part-time, seasonal
