Job Summary: Provides clerical support for the accounting staff of the Consumer Directed Services Payroll department, including researching databases, data entry, keying, sorting, and filing. E ssential Functions: Research databases to collect payroll information. Files paperwork containing confidential information. Performs various data entry tasks. Develops and maintains computerized spreadsheets and databases to enter information and generate reports. Duplicates, collates, and prepares reports, lists, correspondence, etc. for mailing. Works independently on tasks with detailed instructions and minimum supervision. Skills Required: Ability to organize and prioritize work and exhibit good time management Computer literacy in Microsoft and database environment Attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Team-oriented, professional demeanor Ability to file paperwork Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent This job description is not intended to cover all activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
