YOUR LIFE AS A RESTAURANT HOST / ASSISTANT MANAGER This full-time restaurant management position works five days per week , including weekends and evenings . As a Restaurant Host / Assistant Manager, you support our mission to provide great customer service by helping run our dining room. When guests arrive, you welcome them with a positive, upbeat attitude and get them seated. Throughout dinner and brunch services, you clear and reset tables, assist in running food, answer phones, take to-go orders, and manage reservations while continuously monitoring the dining room to ensure our customers are happy. Working directly with your manager, you build your knowledge of our restaurant's procedures, menu, operations, and POS (point of sale) system. You assist with opening, closing, and side work duties, preparing the dining room to optimize our guests' experience. Your satisfaction comes from working with a great team and ensuring that every guest who dines with us enjoys a fabulous, welcoming experience!
