Imagine360 is currently seeking a Client Banking Manager - The Client Banking Manager provides vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and day to day management of the Client Banking department ensuring team members are aligned with the company's mission and vision and are working together to successfully achieve strategic objectives. This position demonstrates expertise in the core client banking functions. Key responsibilities include prioritizing and implementing strategies that increase productivity, timeliness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance within the department. This position promotes a positive work environment through strong leadership, transparency, and people management leading to high employee engagement and excellent customer experiences. Additionally, this position will develop and manage key vendor relationships in order to identify and deliver innovative products and services to our customers. Position Location : Open to remote Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Client Banking Management Responsible for providing oversight of client accounts which includes new account/client implementation, group funding processes, reconciliation, and check processes. Ensures timely and accurate reporting and analysis of client account information, as requested. Adheres to high ethical standards. Keeps abreast of and complies with all regulations/applicable laws and internal control processes. Team Member Management Hires, trains, and professionally develops staff effectively. Identifies team member areas of improvement and proposes corrective action that meets challenges and leverages growth opportunities. Coaches and directs team performance by setting clear goals and expectations, establishing key priority indicators, and tracking progress against set goals. Provides on-going and timely coaching to team members in order to deliver outstanding customer service by delivering high quality, accurate information and products to our customers. Performs annual reviews in a timely manner. Plans and directs workflow of the department. Explains and administers company policies. Appropriately shares pertinent department and company information with team members in a timely manner. Customer Service Analyzes department processes and procedures and implements process improvements to ensure accurate, high-quality output is delivered to our customers. Identifies and implements innovative ways to deliver customer service. Proactively reaches out to customers and delivers value added recommendations and solutions. Collaborates with other internal business partners to provide comprehensive solutions for customers. Ensures customer issues are quickly remediated and identifies root cause issues in order to improve department and organizational processes. Actively participates in and leads organizational and departmental initiatives in order to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers. Ensures team members are contributing to organizational client retention goals. Appropriately and quickly escalates customer issues up the chain of command. Manages key vendor relationships. Works with key vendors to identify products and services that will improve the customer experience. Acts as a role model in demonstrating the core values in customer service delivery. Quality Assurance Establishes departmental quality assurance processes and procedures that drive high levels of accuracy and quality. Recognizes and alerts appropriate members of the Executive Team of trends that fall outside of quality parameters and identifies and implements action steps to resolve the issue. Establishes internal control processes and proper separation of duties to ensure client funds are handled securely. Collaborates with others cross-departmentally to improve or streamline procedures to ensure quality. Required Experience / Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field Minimum of three to five years of experience in accounting, business, finance or a related field is required. Minimum of five years in a management/leadership role with demonstrated success is required. 5 years of experience working with benefit plans is preferred. Working knowledge of computers and software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office products. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, problem-solving, analytical and attention to detail skills are required. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, manage priorities and meet deadlines is required. What can Imagine360 offer you?
