The Ability Program Instructor is responsible for: Working with individuals with disabilities to help them achieve their swim goals. Creating and working towards client goals' developed at the beginning of the session. Develop strong relationships with participants and their families through written and oral communication and actions. Provide feedback to participants and parents/guardians on individual performance. Maintain confidentiality of all participants. You may be a great fit as an Ability Program Instructor if you: Are at least 18 years of age Have demonstrated experience working with children in adapted activities (water activities/swimming preferred) Have swimming experience Are interested in...
