A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MANAGER / HVAC SUPERVISOR In this essential Manager / HVAC Supervisor role, you help alleviate the workload by supervising our heating and cooling service and installation technicians so that our plumbing department manager can focus specifically on our plumbers. Using your knowledge and expertise, you help support our technicians out in the field, and foster an open, honest, and team-focused work environment. You believe in maintaining open lines of communication and desire for everyone on your team to feel as if they can approach you with any questions, knowing they will be received and heard. While in the field, you work to be a resource to our technicians by helping to solve issues, offer support, and participate in occasional ride-alongs. In addition to your stellar management skills, you make it a priority to improve customer satisfaction and ensure that we create return customers who share their experiences with others! You do not sacrifice ensuring that all administrative tasks are taken care of as well, and you feel accomplished in knowing that your leadership has created a tight-knit team that is efficient, honest, and dedicated to customer service! QUALIFICATIONS HVAC technician & installer experience Residential & commercial experience Ability to lead others Refrigeration experience would be a plus!
