BMSS is looking for a people-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join the HR Team in the Riverchase office. This position will be responsible for building positive and collaborative relationships across all divisions of the organization.This role will also: Act as the recruiting liaison for the BMSS Family of Companies - includes managing ATS job listings, applicant screening, and assists in interview set up as needed. Source passive candidates for open positions - includes candidates on LinkedIn, society databases, etc. Manage job postings for BMSS Family of Companies - includes societies, LinkedIn, and other specific industry career boards. Attend career fairs and community events as a representative of BMSS,LLC. Assist with on-campus recruiting as needed. Assist with the family of companies onboarding of new employees and off-boarding of existing employees. Previous experience in multi-industry recruitment is strongly preferred. Experience with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a successful passive candidate placement rate is a plus. Must have an enthusiastic team first attitude and be able to quickly build relationships with others.
