Stable high-technology company Fun-loving team members Close to BART and light rail Proud to be 100% vaccinated Position Summary : Design new automated equipment Implement robotic and other equipment upgrades Propose and develop concepts for automation projects Identify repetitive failure mechanisms Generate and maintain project plans Execute projects in accordance with the plan Conduct brainstorming and concept review meetings Generate project deliverables Train others on proper equipment setup and operation Generate and update work instructions Job Requirements: Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Experience: Some work experience a plus General Requirements: Electro-mechanical aptitude, skills, and knowledge Hands-on experience repairing or assembling electromechanical equipment Logical trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills Ability to generate electrical schematics Basic CAD skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in project management Detail-oriented Fast learner, self-motivated, and accomplishment driven Skilled in use of MS Office computer applications Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report Physical Attributes Required: Sitting, standing, walking, and computer use up to 8 hours/day Manual dexterity and fine motor skills Physical ability to lift 25+ pounds Employees Enjoy: 9/80 Work Schedule (every other Friday off) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance FSA (Flexible Spending Account) Life Insurance and Long-term Disability Paid Holidays & PTO 401(k) Profit Sharing You may come in to fill out an application at 905 Montague Expressway Milpitas, CA 95035; or visit https://sixsigmaservices.com This position requires handling of product or information which is subject to ITAR regulations.
