Coordinate and monitor daily shipping teams and correct deficiencies. Responsibilities: Manage outgoing shipments and verify contents/quantities Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery or shipping/update logs daily Scan & attach documents as needed Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas Updating electronic work orders Inventory counting and database maintenance/pull and restock Use of forklift, is a plus Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well organized. Must work well individually and in a team environment with minimal direction, self-motivated. Ability to lift, up to 50 lbs. Good time-management skills Computer skills, experience with Word, Excel and Outlook preferred but not necessary. Ensure safety and cleaning procedure and practice.
