Neil Huffman Automotive Group is currently looking for Automotive Sales Professionals. We offer an extensive paid training program to prepare you for a career in sales, NO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. There is a guaranteed salary of $2,500 a month for the first three months as you begin your sales career with Neil Huffman. If you have good communication skills, are goal oriented, and enjoy working with people, this is the career for you. If you haven't considered automotive sales in the past, now is the time. Some of our most successful salespeople have joined our team with a background in retail, customer service, military, manufacturing, teaching, and more. You owe yourself this opportunity. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: -Realize that business is built on satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.-Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.-Demonstrate new and used vehicles (includes test drives).-Staying well-informed of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.- Understand the terminology of the automotive business and stay up-to-date on technological changes in the products.-Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations.
