The Greater Richmond YMCA is looking for a positive role model to help plan programming, assist with overseeing the center and supervise children in our after-school child care program at the Goochland Family YMCA. $250 hiring incentive available! DUTIES Responsibilities include sight and sound supervision of a group of preschool children, along with day-to-day operations of a school-age child care center (snack purchasing, lesson planning, and parent engagement). QUALIFICATIONS General experience with budgeting and program administration is helpful Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required A valid driver's license and a good driving record are also necessary Degree in a related field or CDA required or meet DSS licensing requirements Minimum age is 18 Candidates must be responsible and energetic The following are required within 90 days of Employment: CPR/AED Certification First Aid Certification Medication Administration Training (MAT) The YMCA of Greater Richmond stands committed to creating a work environment comprised of individuals from diverse socio-economic, racial, ethnic, religious, and national origins.
