We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who has a passion for helping others and is Bilingual. We provide hands on training to become a skilled Merchant Support Specialist with Quantum Business Services! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Research items and transactions of the merchant's processing history. Assists with terminal and gateway related services issues. Troubleshoot technical integration issues with merchant processing partners. Resolve Billing Questions Review & Analyze Merchant fees and pricing Answer all questions the merchants may have. Perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Customer Service and/or Sales Experience preferred Experience in Merchant Services or Payment Processing preferred Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills Strongly self-motivated with a drive to succeed Strong work ethic and self-discipline PC literate with Microsoft Office Suite experience Bilingual (Korean or Spanish) Ability to drive company vehicles from time to time Why work here?
