Part-Time Law Clerk - Banking & Business Job Description Kennedy Sutherland LLP is looking for a part-time law clerk for their San Antonio, Texas, office. The firm's practice is business, banking, and finance-related and will involve assisting the attorneys on a variety of legal-related tasks, including drafting, editing, and finalizing loan docs. This individual must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign and maintain excellent written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities Assist attorneys by preparing, editing, and filing legal documents Research and summarize different topics for the attorneys Prepare and send out DocuSign envelopes for attorneys and clients Attend events, conferences, and other meetings on behalf of the firm Requirements Open to all law school students Ability to travel into the office (hybrid role) Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Must be tech-savvy and have the ability to learn new technology/software quickly In order to have your submission considered, you must complete the online assessment which follows this application.
