Do you enjoy working with your hands? Join a fantastic team assembling electric heavy-duty linear actuators! Minimum of a high school degree or related experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong mechanical aptitude. Team player mentality. Basic crane and forklift experience. Assembly blueprint reading skills. Capable of understanding and following written and verbal work instructions. Understanding of BOM's (bills of materials). Basic knowledge of inventory systems. Ability to communicate with and work closely with others including quality and production control. Troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to inspect work and meet quality expectations. Ability to identify and share process improvement ideas, lean thinker. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful.
