You are patient, kind, and enjoy spending quality time with our senior adults. You are also responsible, diligent, and willing to assist the Life Enrichment Director with various duties including setting up for activities such as bingo, exercise class, and social hour; assist residents in social outings within the community, assist with seasonal decorating, and encourage resident involvement and participation. In this role, you have a meaningful impact on the quality of life for our residents and their families. By providing excellent customer service, you are a friendly and courteous presence for our residents. You communicate effectively with your team and our residents, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from gaining work experience while providing excellent services to our residents!QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LIFE ENRICHMENT ASSISTANT•Strong commitment to resident's rights and dignity•Must be willing and qualified to learn how to drive a 14 passenger bus •Professional, friendly, and courteous •Work well with other team membersDo you enjoy working with senior adults who have varying levels of health and ability?
