Job Title: Admin/HR Specialist (Bilingual) Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Location: Savannah, GA About GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC GLOVIS EV Logistics America, is an integrated logistics company located in Savannah, Georgia. We provide Tier 1 logistic, warehousing and inventory services to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America(HMGMA). GLOVIS EV Logistics America was established on October 6, 2022, and we are looking for initial members to grow with us. Summary As a member of the General Affairs & Human Resource Organization, Sr. Specialist is responsible for providing general affairs services to offices and plants area and supporting Korean Expatriates who are dispatched from HQ. The incumbent also administers the Company's Auto Lease Program for Managers and above, serves as the host of the special event for VIP visits and tours and the Outstanding Team Member Award Program, administers International Travel, writes a Manager's newsletter, and assists the General Affairs and Human Resources Organization in implementing daily assignments and annual events. In the early stage of company establishment, The GA job will contribute a lot to the establishment of GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC . Various operating standards and systems will be established to support the construction of buildings/facilities/equipment and to support employees. After the establishment of a corporation, you will be in charge of operating the determined standards and systems. Of course, even at this stage, if necessary, standards and systems can be improved. Essential Functions: Manages the office work environment and office products for all office and plants: Office supplies, equipment (printer, water purifier, coffee machine), fixed assets, etc. Purchases supervised routine and non-routine office supplies for workstations and facility, and makes sure the stock is sufficient, housekeeping stock request, material & facility, including maintenance. Also, maintains good relationship and negotiates with vendor while, increase supplier options Designs and Administers the Company's Internal Travel Program for all Team Members, coordinates with affected departments to ensure that travel invoices are paid timely Administers the Company's Auto Lease Program, assists Managers and above in vehicle ordering, titling, registering, and tags and ensures timely payment of monthly invoices Participates in annual business planning, submits requests for annual travel budget expenses and monitors spending Assists the General Affairs and Human Resources Departments in planning and implementing new and recurring events Sets-up work environment for New Hires such as name tag, drawer key, badge, etc. Assists managers and serves as the photographer for VIP visits and tours and for the monthly Outstanding Team Member Award Program Work environment improvement activity such as handle employee complaint w/ improvement activities Managing the documents utilizing the corporate information security policy Coordinates with incoming Korean Expatriate Team Members to assist in obtaining temporary and permanent housing, utilities, social security cards, drivers licenses, and school admission for expatriate children Supervisory Responsibilities: No Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related experiences One (1) or more years of experience in General Affairs Departmental budgeting experience Previous experience in an Automotive industry Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Must speak both English and Korean Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans Must be goal oriented, customer focused, and results driven Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven interpersonal, communication, and time management skills Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint A working knowledge of Auto Lease Programs Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems Top benefits or perks: As a team member at HYUNDAI GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC, you'll enjoy: 401(k) and 401(K) Matching Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance 10 paid vacation days Competitive pay If we accept your application, we'll be in touch to schedule an interview.
