ABOUT THIS CONTRACT We are currently searching for an independent contractor, to join our Revenue team. This is an excellent opportunity for retired educators and educators transitioning out of the classroom to join a mission-driven company focused on creating equitable classrooms for students, and still be part of a school community. If you have passion, knowledge, and expertise in facilitating professional learning and coaching classroom teachers, excellent communication and time management skills, are self disciplined and trustworthy, then we would love to hear from you. Here is what we are looking for in a contractor: Experience delivering professional learning courses to teachers, coaches, and leaders. An authentic and engaging presence in person and at times, virtual A willingness and interest to travel Ability to work with changing and flexible schedules An ideal contractor has the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Education 5+ years teaching, coaching, or leading educators with a focus on literacy/reading Experience facilitating professional learning within large groups and diverse audiences Excellent group interaction skills Excellent verbal and presentation skills Ability to operate a personal computer, iPad/tablet, and knowledge of Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
