Responsibilities You will work directly with clients in designing and implementing a comprehensive long-term care and estate planning strategy. You will review internally drafted estate planning documents for quality and accuracy. You will work closely with clients as a trusted advisor and will communicate with them in an approachable, "plain English" manner. You will collaborate with other team members on strategies that best serve our clients' interests and provide clients with 5-star service. You follow through on your action items and promises to your clients and to the team. Education and Experience: You are licensed to practice law in North Carolina. You have at least three (3) years of progressive experience primarily focused on the areas of elder law and estate planning including Medicaid, Veterans Aid & Attendance, Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives. You are experienced with discussing sensitive and delicate matters with clients including experience conducting one-on-one meetings with clients. You are proficient with different software and virtual technology, such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and others. Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with skill and experience and will include a base salary plus results-based incentives. Total compensation range of $80,000-125,000+ based on experience plus results-based incentives. We offer a generous benefits package and flexible work environment.
