If so, please consider applying for this Lawn Care Mechanic position today! YOUR LIFE AS A LAWN CARE MECHANIC As a Lawn Care Mechanic, you play an important part in keeping things in working order. Using your solid communication skills, you coordinate with our operations manager to assess equipment needs as well as resolve maintenance and repair problems by using the most cost-effective practices. Some of your duties include troubleshooting equipment issues, compiling reports, maintaining fleet equipment, managing inventory, and scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs. You also perform mechanical work in a safe and productive manner as well as run equipment and service trucks during snow events. No matter the task, you are always positive, diligent, and detail-oriented. You find great fulfillment in helping provide quality services and contributing to our lawn care company in a big way! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Mechanical experience working with commercial mowers, ATV, weed-eaters, edgers, and blowers Knowledge about construction equipment, small engine equipment, and trucks as well as small trailer repairs and maintenance Knowledge about snow removal equipment and safe operating procedures Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Valid driver's license Experience with truck maintenance and repair would be a plus.
