Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining sanitary condition of dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans Maintains temperatures and ensures dishwasher has appropriate soap and drying agents Contributes to a clean, safe and sanitary work environment at all times Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards Stocks delivered food and non-food items Empty and clean garbage bins and breakdown of all boxes Keeps kitchen floors clean (sweep and mop) and empty trash cans Cleans worktables, equipment, walls, refrigerator and other food prep surfaces Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment Restock towel dispensers and soap dispensers Assist with food preparation as needed including washing, cutting, preparing and clean up Be flexible with other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Current Food Handler's Card Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner Demonstrate exemplary attitude, work ethic, and unwavering integrity Contribute to an incredible customer service experience Self-motivated, organized and professional.
