The Lindy Group is looking for an experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic to join its team at its Neville Island shop. We offer union wages with top-notch, company-sponsored healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision. Primary Function : Diagnose and repair commercial diesel trucks. Typical Duties: Maintain, diagnose, and repair on-road commercial trucks. Prepare and complete service documentation. Provide support to other mechanics and heavy equipment personnel. Work in a safe manner and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: At least 3 years experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy construction equipment mechanic (or a diploma from a trade school as a diesel mechanic); A current CDL license; Willing to work overtime and varying shifts as well as being able to travel among various locations in western PA; Must be computer-literate with basic computer knowledge; Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work in any kind of active construction zone.
